Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on our wedding invitations. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However we have decided to keep our wedding and reception and adults only event with wedding party exceptions! We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hours will be held outdoors and the reception will be in a covered outdoor area.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, and his and hers cocktails along with nonalcoholic beverages are on us!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share! After the ceremony ends, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, if you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are not able to attend.

What do I do if I cant make it?

Answer

You'll be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place at the Adelaide.

Parking and Transportation

If you do drive, there is unlimited in site parking, our venue prefers no overnight parking so please arrange appropriately!

Where should I stay?

Answer

Due to the close proximity to our home town, hotel blocks are not available but the closest hotels are only 15 minutes away!

What do I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No problem at all, just let us know if you have any food allergies when you RSVP. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding catering, feel free to reach out to us directly!

When should I arrive?

Answer

We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony. Ceremony starts at 4:00pm.
