Question

Is the Ceremony and Reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes, everything will take place at the same venue for your convenience. The address is: The Sunset Room at The Vista; 95 Enterprise Street, Elizabeth PA 15037.

Question

Is there parking for the Ceremony or Reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a large parking lot at our venue. Parking will not be an issue at all!

Question

Is the Venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). If it rains, we will move the ceremony indoors — We kindly ask for a quick prayer for perfect weather on our day! The reception will be held indoors, with a balcony area available for guests to step outside and enjoy the view.

Question

What time does the Wedding Ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 P.M. Please arrive early and be seated 10–15 minutes before the start time.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony will move indoors at the same location.

Question

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not have their phones out and take photos during the ceremony portion of our event. We have professional photographers and videographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Question

What happens after the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

Jordan and Will, along with immediate family, will remain outside for photographs with the photographer. Guests may head into the venue to begin finding their tables and enjoy appetizers, drinks, and the Pittsburgh cookie table.

Question

What time does the Reception start?

Answer

The reception will take place from 5:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. The reception will be inside the venue.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! The dress code is Dressy Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire. We suggest cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for women, and suits or dress shirts with slacks for men (tie optional). Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, ball caps, and other casual attire. Dress to impress! You’re welcome to wear any color you’d like, but please avoid shades traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white or ivory.

Question

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests due to our venue’s strict guest count. Your invitation will indicate if a plus one has been extended to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are Children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, truly! However, this will be an Adults-Only celebration due to having a full open bar. We respectfully request no children on this night. We hope you can use this as a chance to enjoy a fun date night out!

Question

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Of course! All the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

Question

Do you have a Hotel Block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block reserved at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Belle Vernon for our wedding guests. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back after the reception (one trip each way). Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own rooms. If you plan to stay at the hotel, please let us know so we can include you on the shuttle list.

Question

Will there be Transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle for guests staying at the hotel in our room block. Please note that the shuttle will make one trip to the venue before the wedding ceremony and one trip back after the reception (it will not run throughout the night).

Question

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided on your invitation, it will automatically be marked as a “No.” While we will miss celebrating with you, we must provide our vendors with a final guest count by the deadline given. Please submit your RSVP by April 25th, 2026, either through our wedding website or by mailing the RSVP card included with your invitation.

Question

Are you having a Bridal Party?

Answer

We decided not to have a traditional bridal party. We didn’t want to add any pressure on our friends or family — we want our loved ones to simply enjoy the day without any added responsibilities.

Is the venue Wheelchair Accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is fully accessible.

Question

Will there be Assigned Seating?

Answer
