Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hunt Valley Country Club. The ceremony will be outside, on the patio, underneath a tent. The reception will be inside, in the ballroom.
Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m.
The reception should begin around 5 p.m.; it will be following the cocktail hour, which takes place right after the ceremony ends.
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Please no hats.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, so dress accordingly as it may be cold. Please note: There will be hot beverages available, as well as heaters to help guests stay warm.
There will be shuttles picking up and dropping off guests only at the hotels that we have reserved a block of rooms at. If you are staying somewhere other than one of those hotels, you may also drive or uber. There is a full parking lot available at the country club for guests to park.
As much as we love and enjoy being around your children, we would prefer that all guests keep their precious ones at home with a loved one for the evening.
