When should I RSVP by?

November 17, 2021. This is also the deadline for booking hotel rooms at The Virginian within our wedding block.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

Self-parking is available on the top floor of the parking deck directly across from the hotel and behind the hotel. Valet parking is also available for $15. Guests choosing to stay at The Virginian will have complimentary overnight self-parking.

What is the attire?

Answer

Formal/Black tie optional: "For men a tuxedo isn't required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. For women the choices are the same as with black-tie: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit."

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says, "and Guest" then yes!

Is early check-in available at The Virginian?

Answer

You can try contacting the hotel the day-of, however, early check-in is not guaranteed during this busy season. If you know you will need your room before 4 pm it is recommended that you book your room for the night before as well. Remember, our ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm.
