Question

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same location and primarily outside. The venue is The Phoenix Estate: 8898 150th Ct. N., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418.

Where should I park?

Answer

The venue will have a complimentary valet team to oversee parking. Simply pull up to the stand at the driveway and they will take it from there! If possible, please consider carpooling or taking an uber due to limited parking and to ensure you safely return home if you decide to drink.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The events of the evening will mostly take place outdoors. Dress style can be inspired by summer cocktail attire/semi-formal, but it is more important that you dress appropriately and comfortably in the Florida May heat. Examples for ladies and gentlemen can be seen in the Gallery tab. (For those wearing heels, there is a grass area to consider walking through, but the majority of the venue is paved or tile). Please avoid wearing white and red as these colors are reserved for the bride, groom, and wedding parties.

How can I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs will be done directly on the RSVP tab of the website. If you RSVP "Yes", you will be prompted to answer a question regarding dietary restrictions as well.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All those who will be invited will be specifically listed on the envelope of the invitation and in the website's RSVP section. Due to capacity and costs, additional guests not listed will be unable to RSVP.

What is the schedule of the evening?

Answer

We are finalizing the specific details of the timeline which will be included later. The general flow of the evening will be Arrival (no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time), Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and Send off. We appreciate your patience during this planning period!

When is the RSVP due?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 4/10/25. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be counted as "No". We are required to provide our final guest count in advance to our vendors, and the final amount cannot be changed after this date. If you are unable to attend, we will celebrate with you in spirit!

Will there be transportation or hotel accommodations?

Answer

Since most of our guests live locally and the wedding events will all be held at one location, there are no specific arrangements for accommodations. If you are coming from out of town and would like suggestions, please contact the bride and groom!
