October in Eagle is one of our favorite times of year. Days are typically sunny and crisp, with average temperatures ranging from the 40s in the morning to the 60s during the afternoon. While we are hopeful for beautiful fall weather, mountain conditions can change quickly, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket for the evening.
We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to enjoy Mountain Mingle, refreshments, and passed hors d'oeuvres before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Our team will be available to help guide guests throughout the afternoon.
For those flying in and not choosing to rent a car, we are able to accommodate. Complimentary transportation will be available from designated pickup locations in Avon, Edwards, Eagle-Vail, and Eagle. Shuttle schedules and pickup details will be shared closer to the wedding date.
While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding weekend will primarily be an adults-only celebration. We hope this provides an opportunity for you to relax, unwind, and enjoy a special evening with us. Thank you for understanding.
Yes, rideshare services are available throughout the Vail Valley, though wait times and availability can vary. To make the evening as seamless as possible, we will be providing complimentary transportation to and from designated pickup locations in Avon, Edwards, Eagle-Vail, and Eagle. Our hope is that you can simply relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving or coordinating transportation.
The ceremony will take place outdoors in Frost Creek's mountain meadow/golf course. Following the ceremony, guests will transition to indoor and outdoor reception spaces for the remainder of the evening.
The ceremony location is easily accessible from the clubhouse, and our team will be available throughout the day to assist guests who may need additional accommodations. There will be limited parking available on-site, as well as golf carts for on-property transfers.
We invite guests to embrace a Mountain Chic aesthetic- elevated, elegant, and inspired by the season. Think warm neutrals, champagne, gold, rich browns, sage, terracotta, rust, olive, and other nature-inspired tones. Ladies are welcome to wear elegant hats or statement accessories if desired. To preserve the wedding palette, we kindly ask that dusty rose and burgundy tones be reserved for members of the bridal party. The ceremony will be held on grass, with a carpeted walkway leading guests from the cart path to the seating area. We recommend footwear suitable for outdoor terrain and suggest bringing a light wrap or jacket as mountain temperatures can cool in the evening.
