There are lots of options for flights if you are travelling from the UK. The two best airports to fly to are Pisa (1hr from venue) and Florence (1.5hr from venue). Travel Note
We recommend you rent a car for transport to and from the airport and during your stay. These can be sourced through Booking.com, Kayak, Europcar etc. or through comparison sites to ensure you get the best rate. Taxi's are difficult to secure and expensive in Tuscany. However we have asked for recommendations from our venue and will update as soon as we have this information.
Travel Note
Please see below a few recommendations for accommodation shared by our venue owners. These are located in Volterra which is 10/15 mins from our venue. Having visited the venue and Volterra we do recommend you stay in Volterra itself, as there are restaurants, bars and shops. Also taxis are very hard to come by where it is remote, with this in mind we are planning a shuttle to pick up guests from the centre of Volterra on the wedding day and evening.
