Is there a dress code?

We kindly request that our guests dress in elegant spring attire to complement the occasion. Ladies: Sundresses, floral prints, spring colors, and refined fabrics are encouraged. Gentlemen: Khaki trousers paired with button-up shirts or polos are preferred. Please refrain from wearing jeans to maintain the event’s formal and tasteful atmosphere. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we celebrate this special day.

We warmly welcome children who were included on the invitation. We kindly ask that only those guests attend to help us plan accordingly. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Convenient parking is available on the venue property for all guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation service between the hotels and the ceremony. We recommend arranging your own travel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:45 PM to allow time for seating and to ensure the celebration starts smoothly.

Can I bring a camera or use phones during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged to allow everyone to be fully present in the moment. We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. However, pictures and videos are warmly encouraged at the reception, and we would love for you to share them with us!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors to embrace the beautiful surroundings. In case of inclement weather, we have contingency plans to move indoors seamlessly. The reception will be held both indoors and outdoors, so guests can enjoy the best of both settings.
