Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is formal attire. We suggest men wear a suit in any color and women wear a formal dress or pantsuit.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking for our guests at the venue.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We suggest flying into the airport that best suits you! Napa is best reached by car or private shuttle, and is approximately: 48 miles from Sonoma County Airport (STS) 51 miles from Oakland International Airport (OAK) 58 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) 63 miles from Sacramento International Airport (SMF) 83 miles from San Jose International Airport (SJC)

How should I get from the airport to Napa?

Answer

Renting a car (we recommend sharing one with family or friends!) will provide the most flexibility for you on our wedding weekend. There are some shuttles from SFO that you would be able to take with advanced reservation (please see the Travel page for links to the websites): Napa Valley Airporter Fare Harbor Airport Shuttles If you take a shuttle or Uber/Lyft to Napa Valley, you can easily get around using a ride share service. Please note: Do not leave any personal belongings in your rental car if you choose to explore San Francisco while you visit.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, the venue does not have capacity for guests to bring a date.

Answer

Yes! Please join us for the Welcome Event Friday evening at SpringHill Suites Napa Valley. We will be updating the "Schedule" page with details and other fun events for the weekend! Stay tuned!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please visit the "Travel" page for the hotel room blocks we have secured. We also recommend using AirBnB. Our immediate family and some of the bridal party will be staying at an AirBnB in downtown Napa.
