Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes: There will be a shuttle to and from the Best Western Hood River and the Columbia Lot (near Full Sail Brewery, closer to downtown): First shuttle departure @ 2:30pm from Columbia Lot; 2:45/3pm from Best Western Second (final) shuttle departure @ 3:30pm from Best Western First shuttle from the venue to Best Western/Columbia Lot @ 9pm Second (final) shuttle departure to Best Western/Whisky Tango @ 10 pm

Please RSVP by 6/1/25, but the earlier the better!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding day celebration will be adult-only. They are welcome to join for other events (pFriem/Ferment (Friday night) are kid-friendly, as is Oak St (Saturday night)).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The earliest arrival time is 3pm, the ceremony starts at 4pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/garden attire: the majority of the venue is grass so wear heels at your own risk. No jeans please. Khakis/linens are great, so are dress slacks and sports coats.

Yes, there are 67 spots reserved for guests and 3 ADA-handicap accessible spots.
