As many others, we originally met online when Nick’s family were visiting the Kemah area from Dallas. At 16 and 17 years old we started an online friendship bonding over similar teenage interests and experiences. Five years later, Nick found himself back near the coast and we made the decision then to finally meet in person. Roughly a year and a half later it was made clear to us that we were made for each other!

On our two year anniversary we did a getaway trip to Larue, Texas! While on a trail walk with our dog, Rufus, Nick proposed in the middle of a wooded area and he swears I ran away from him. (I just stepped back out of excitement!)
