What should I expect for the weekend?

Is there anything I need to budget for?
Answer
We chose our venue intentionally to make the weekend as accessible as possible for our loved ones. Lodging and meals will be fully covered for all on-site guests. And if you're not staying on-site, you are still welcome to join us for any of the meals throughout the weekend -- on us! I plan to stay off-site, can I still come for other activities?
Answer
If you are staying off-site, please come for the other activities noted in the schedule! There is parking at the venue, so join us for everything! You are welcome to get ready for the ceremony on-site as well– just be sure to plan ahead!

Are children invited?
Answer
Children are welcome and will be included when you RSVP. Please supervise children at all times, especially near the lake and pool.

Can I bring my pets?
Answer
Pets are not allowed to join on us at the camp. The hotel does allow pets to stay if furry friends need to come with you.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is parking at the camp that can be used all weekend. If you can, we encourage you to car pool!

Is there cell service/wifi?
Answer
There is high-speed WiFi at the camp in case cell-service with your carrier is limited.
Question
Can I bring my tent or RV to stay in at the venue instead?
Answer
Yes! You are welcome to bring a tent/camping gear to stay in during the weekend if you prefer. If you want to bring an RV, please let us know directly as there is limited space.
