Question

Do I need to bring my ID?

Answer

YES! This is incredibly important. The Omni requires that you bring an ID, and they do reserve the right to deny service to anyone who does not have proper identification on them.

I'm checking in on the day of the wedding. Will I be able to check in early?

Answer

The Omni always tries to accommodate early check-ins, but it is based on availability. Unfortunately, it is a holiday weekend, the hotel is almost at full capacity. As check-in is at 4 pm and the ceremony starts at 4:30 pm, please come prepared and fully dressed for the wedding just in case!

What time does the event start?

Answer

The event starts at 4:30 pm and ends at 10 pm. Guests can start arriving at 4 pm, and we suggest arriving early to get a good seat!

Is there transportation available on premise?

Answer

Transportation is not needed to get to the wedding venue. Parking details will be available at a later date.

What should we wear?!

Answer

We would love to see guys in suits or a sports coat and the ladies in garden party or coastal formal attire. Think like long gowns with floral prints or in fun summery colors.

Is there a dedicated room block?

Answer

Yes, but the room block reservations closed on April 6th. Please see the alternative travel accommodations on the travel page.

I didn't get a plus one on my invite. May I bring someone?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you only, you are very important to us and we couldn't imagine our wedding day without you. However, due to space and budget, we were unable to offer you a plus one. We thank you for your understanding!

My kid(s) isn't addressed on the invitation. May I bring them?

Answer

While we love children, we have limited space and budget. If your children are not addressed on the invitation, there will not be space for them at the event. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
