Answer

The ceremony starts at 3 PM, but doors to the venue will open at 2 PM to allow for guest arrival.

Answer

Dress code is Cocktail Attire: We're expecting to see cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or jackets and slacks. Our celebration will take place outdoors on grass and natural terrain with occasional concrete pathways. We recommend wedges, block heels, or flats for comfort, and encourage guests to bring a light jacket for the evening.

We are excited to celebrate with you. Due to limitations, we are only able to include the guests listed on each invitation. If you do not see an option to add a guest when you RSVP, we unfortunately cannot extend additional invitations. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so looking forward to celebrating with you.

Answer

We have a HARD deadline for RSVPs due to catering needs, so please do what you can to RSVP by March 28th. You can do so either on the "RSVP" tab of the wedding website or click the link on your invitation.

Answer

Your little ones are more than welcome to attend the ceremony and the first half of the reception! However, we would ask that you put your little ones to bed around 7:30 PM when the REAL party begins. Additionally, please keep in mind that we only have the capacity to provide a reception plate for the person whose name is listed on the invitation.

Early in the evening, yes! Beginning around 7:30 PM, the music will shift into an adults-oriented party atmosphere, including lively and explicit music. We trust parents and families to decide what feels most comfortable for them as the evening unfolds.

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block for discounted rooms at Ayres Hotel Chino Hills. Please see the "Travel" hotel tab on the wedding website for more information. This tab includes our recommended hotels, recommended airports to arrive at and their proximity to hotels and the city. Additionally, every hotel and airport listed includes a breakdown of driving time both from the bride's hotel and the wedding venue.

Answer

While the venue address city is technically listed as La Verne, the city that is closest to the wedding venue is Claremont. The brides' hotel and the closest hotels to the venue are also in Claremont. Therefore, we recommend that if you want to be closest to the Bride and activities, you choose a location as close to Claremont as possible.

Answer

We recommend that you use Uber or Lyft if you will be partaking in the open bar during reception. However, if you plan on driving, there will be ample parking available at the venue location.

We are looking into shuttle options. Should we secure a shuttle service, we will provide pick-up and drop-off locations and times as we get closer to the wedding.

Nope! Everything is taking place at the same venue. If you RSVP "Yes," you're invited to join us for the full celebration.

Yes, we will have a pre-wedding welcome event on Friday, May 29th. More information to come!

How do I send a wedding gift?How do I send a wedding gift?

Answer

When our registry is up and running, it will be available on the "Registry" tab of the wedding website. There will be an option to provide a monetary gift that would be a big help toward wedding and honeymoon expenses. If you'd like to give a physical gift instead, you will be able to choose from some of our favorite items. You will receive a notification when the registry is live.
