Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
August 15th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by 8/15/26, we will unfortunately be listing your party as unable to attend. Though we would love to celebrate with you, we need to provide out vendors with an accurate guest count in a timely manner. You can RSVP through the tab on this website or via email (ginnelwedding@gmail.com).
Question
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and seating before the procession begins at 5 p.m. To minimize ceremony interruptions, the gate to the venue will close 5 minutes prior to ceremony start and will reopen after ceremony concludes.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! We ask that guests wear formal attire. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length, or mid-length dresses or jumpsuits/pantsuits. Men can wear suits, long or short-sleeved dress shirts, or sports coats. No jeans, shorts, jean shorts, or white attire, please. We would also love to see you in jewel tones & fall colors. Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size and if it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and cant wait to celebrate you.

Are children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
As much as we love the little ones, our wedding will be adults-only (with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party and out of town guests). We hope you can use this as a date night! The members of your family included in your party will be listed on your invitation.

Speaking of date night, yes!! We will have a full open bar. Please plan in advance for a sober ride home.

Yes! We have a hotel block reserved at the Springhill Suites on Daniels Bridge Road in Athens. In addition to this, there are multiple other hotels, AirBNBs, and VRBOs in the Athens area.
