The ceremony will begin at 5pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:30 - 4:45 pm to find their seats before we start. **There is a festival and parade taking place in downtown Athens on June 6. The festival begins at 3 and the parade starts at 5. Please plan for extra travel time from downtown, especially if you’re taking an Uber/Lyft, as traffic and road closures may cause delays.**
The ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor and the reception will take place outdoors under a tent. The tent will be equipped with fans and the main house will be open throughout the reception.
The dress code is Formal - men can wear a suit and tie or tux and ladies can wear mid to floor length dresses. The wedding party will be dressed in black tie attire and bridesmaids will be wearing pink and green dresses. Ladies - the venue is mostly outdoors but the majority of areas are paved so wearing heels shouldn't be an issue.
We'd like to keep our wedding intimate with the people who matter most to us! All invited guests will be addressed on the invitation and listed on the RSVP form on our website. We are unable to accommodate plus ones.

We have reserved room blocks at Fairfield Inn, Hyatt Place, Hotel Indigo and Springhill Suites, all located in downtown Athens and a short 5 minute drive to the venue. There is limited parking a short walk away from the venue. The parking lot is located at The Butler Building 337 S Milledge Ave. We also recommend using Uber/Lyft to get to and from the venue.
