I would highly recommend using your phone GPS to enter the address to Moore's Flying M Ranch: 20525 E 540 Rd, Inola, Oklahoma 74036 If you are not using a GPS, here are some step-by-step instructions for how to get there. Start point: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (going down Hwy 412) 1. Once on the highway, keep LEFT and continue onto I-44 E/US-412 E for approximately 16 miles 2. You will know you are at the turn if you happen to see the small blue sign on the right-hand side of the highway that says "Flying M Ranch" with an arrow pointing to the left 3. Turn LEFT onto S 4240 Rd and continue for 4.8 miles (Cowboy Gathering Church is on the right side across the highway from the S 4240 Rd turn) 4. Continue down this same road, it will automatically merge into E 540 Rd (there will be a slight left turn), then continue on for a few more miles and the destination will be on the RIGHT-hand side 5. You will see black steel and wooden fencing at the enterance and it will say "Moore's EVENT CENTER"--we will try to have signage at the event turn in spot. 6. You will continue up the gravel driveway that leads you up to the barn/venue and to the parking lot

Of course!!! All that we ask is that you inform us of how many from your party plan on attending the wedding via the RSVP, along with their first and last name! Information for how and where to RSVP is both on the website and on the formal inviations sent out.
The Hard Rock in Catoosa, Oklahoma is about a 25 minute drive from the venue. There are also plenty of hotel options in Claremore (about a 20 minute drive) and in Tulsa.
