We are using Destination Weddings to book all accommodations at the resort. If you have any questions or concerns about your room or need any assistance please contact our Wedding Specialist DeAna Haywood at dhaywood@destinationweddings.com Also please remember to check your emails from Destination Weddings for a link to enter your flight itinerary. This will allow them to set up your transportation to and from the airport on your travel dates. Once uploaded, Your transportation vouchers will be sent to you within one week of your departure date. Upon entry into Mexico, you will be given a white card when you pass through immigration. PLEASE do not lose this. You will need this for your depature.

Please take the time to see what Xcaret has to offer. Staying at Xcaret's all-inclusive hotel gives you all "full-inclusive" access to the parks, meaning you get unlimited access to all of the Xcaret parks during your stay. You do not have to buy tickets, just make a reservation with the resort. You can start to do this 30 days before arrival.
