Who can I bring with me?

Answer

This is a resort, you're more than welcome to bring with you whoever makes you feel comfortable but please be aware that only people specifically named on invitations will be able to attend all wedding events.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Question

Will there be shuttles to and from the airport?

Answer

Upon booking you will be given the option to add on a shuttle service that will be round trip to and from the airport. This cost $86 per person and will only be shared with other people attending the wedding who are landing within 30 minutes of your flight arrival time. It is important to note that we have been informed that Uber and Lyft are not reliable in Cancun.

Question

I saw a different room on the hotel website that I am interested in, can I have it?

I want to stay longer, is that possible booking in your block?

Answer

Of course! Simply request the dates when booking and our travel coordinator or someone from the agency will reach out to you and get everything settled.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately children are not welcome at wedding events but we would we love to have them join us at the resort for the weekend. During wedding festivities the resort offers a kid's club for children ages 4-12 from 8AM-10PM and in room childcare for $20 per hour per child.
