When should we arrive and leave?

Thursday or Friday, and plan on leaving Sunday. Wedding festivities will be Saturday afternoon, but hoping to spend more time with everyone traveling in over the weekend!

How should I book accommodation?

Answer

We will be able to fit some people (prioritizing family and long-distance friends) on-site at the Inn/Cabins. Please RSVP and we will let you know how to proceed with booking on-site lodging. If you prefer to not stay on-site (e.g. if you are bringing children and grandparents to babysit) there are many beautiful rental properties nearby and we highly recommend!

How do I get there?

Answer

Pros: there are many airport options to fly into. Cons: All are ~2 hour drive from the venue and will likely require a rental car. Options are: Greensboro, Asheville, Tri-Cities, Charlotte, or Raleigh Durham. We (and some local friends) will be driving from Raleigh and can potentially fit some others in cars if looking to coordinate rides.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

The activities will be outside (weather permitting). We do not recommend wearing stilettos or shoes that will sink into the grass. Wedges, boots, or tennis shoes are good alternatives!

Are events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All wedding events are planned to be outdoors (weather permitting). The backup plan is inside the Mast Farm Inn if events are rained out.
