FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is elevated coastal. Think refined and relaxed, understated elegance with coastal influences, soft textures, and a light, airy color palette. We want to see you all show out, it's a wedding!

Question

What time should I show up?

Answer

The ceremony will start *promptly* at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive around 4PM so that you can park and find your seats in the ceremony area.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception take place in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be at the ICONA Diamond Beach Hotel. Once you're there, you're there!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love all your people, but for space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love all your littles BUT we also love to party with their parents. The wedding will be an adult-only celebration.

Question

Where do I park if I am not staying at the hotel?

Answer

There is a complimentary valet for all wedding guests, or you can park in any of the hotel lots on the sides or back of the building. There is additional street parking available but watch out for meters!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, and we will be getting married directly on the beach! Take this into consideration when picking your shoes, but we would also love to see some toes in the sand! There is a walkway to get to the ceremony before finding your seat on the beach! The cocktail hour and reception are both in full tented areas out of the sun.

Question

Where can I stay if I am not staying at the hotel?

Answer

Wildwood has a TON of hotels, condos, Airbnb's, etc. I do recommend making sure that you are booking in Wildwood Crest because that will put you closer to the hotel/venue. If you need any advice on places or want confirmation before booking, feel free to reach out to the bride!

Question

What's the food?

Answer

We have chosen to go with a duo plate for the wedding for all guests. The duo plate will include filet mignon and a crabcake along with vegetables and potatoes. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, you can include that on your RSVP as we can absolutely make accommodations. The vegetarian option is a stuffed portobello (quinoa, roasted vegetables, baby spinach, and balsamic drizzle). Both options are gluten free!
