The city of Sanibel requires that all individuals must wear a mask/face covering in public places. Those who refuse may be fined. Sanibel Island does not belong to Lee County and therefore has it's own set of rules and guidelines we must adhere to. We will have plenty of extra masks on hand just in case!
Twelve years ago on a random October day, a girl and a boy found themselves walking towards one another on the beach. The boy was connected to this crazy contraption with a kite on the end and the girl had to know what it was. As they were about to pass each other, she reached out her hand for a fist bump and he returned the gesture. She began to ask a million questions about what he was doing with that thing and he said, "Kiteboarding. Want to learn?" They exchanged numbers and, on the next windy day, her phone rang. Little did she know, this boy was ahout to introduce her to a sport that would not only bring so much joy into her life for years to come, but that would keep bringing them together. Over the next twelve years, they went on adventures together and attended the same events, coming together and growing apart as people do. And then one day, when the timing was just right, they reconnected for the last time. Having known each other for so long, they knew almost instantly that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
