Maid of Honor
Lily and I met, well, when Lily was born! We are six years apart in age, but we are much closer in spirit. I love her so much! I couldn't ask for a better sister, and I am thrilled that she will be standing beside me as Maid of Honor!
Bridesmaid
Sammy and I met when we were both volunteers with Young Adults in Global Mission. Since then, we have supported one another through graduations, moves, the ordination process (this picture is of Sammy getting ordained last November!), and so many other life transitions. I freakin' love her!
Bridesmaid
Mackenzie and I met on Zoom when I was "interviewing" her to live with my housemates and I in Durham. Little did I know she would be more than a housemate, she would be one of my best friends! Mackenzie was a lifeline for me in the wild ride that was seminary, and I love her!
Bridesmaid
Julia and I met at band camp our freshman year at UNC. We serendipitously ended up sharing a music stand, and we quickly learned that we share many other things, too (frisbee, had lived in Richmond, our birthdays are one day apart)! We've stayed long-distance friends since graduation, and I love her!
Bridesmaid
Stephanie and I met when we were five years old, which means that we've been friends for over 80% of our lives! We grew up across the street from each other and have been there for each other through so many of life's (embarrassing, joyful, difficult, confusing, etc.) moments. I love her and the fact that she's stuck with me through it all!
Bridesmaid
Grace and I met when we were both working at a Lutheran church in the Triangle. We discovered that we lived less than two miles away from each other, so we spent many afternoons walking her dog or sitting on one of our front porches! We connect over so many things, and I love her!
