What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm and we ask that you arrive and are seated no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! For men, a suit or dress shirt with slacks works great. For women, cocktail or midi dresses are perfect. We’d love to see you looking polished but comfortable. Please no jeans!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is planned for the outdoors to enjoy the beautiful setting, but don’t worry—we have an indoor space reserved in case of bad weather. The reception will take place indoors where there is AC/Heat. The weather in Gainesville in February averages high temperatures in the 70s and lows in the upper 40s.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" If a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the children listed on your invitation join us for the celebration. Thank you for understanding as we keep our wedding an intimate gathering.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes it is an open bar! Cash tips to the bartenders are greatly appreciated!
