Johnny and Jordan’s story began in the summer of 2019, when they were both just 17 years old. What started with a few Snapchats quickly turned into something more when Johnny asked Jordan on a date. Their first date was simple and perfect: sushi at Sushi House followed by a movie. From that night on, they instantly clicked. The rest of the summer was spent together, and before they knew it, they were completely inseparable. From teenage summers to growing up side by side, they’ve shared countless memories, milestones, and moments that shaped the life they’re building together.

Jordan was told the day was all about family photos—though she had her suspicions and was convinced she was being completely delusional. When her grandma mentioned needing flowers for the photo setup and running out of time, Jordan offered to stop with Johnny to grab them. He played along perfectly, just like everyone else. Instead of a flower shop, they arrived at a beautiful flower field, where a woman invited them to pick flowers themselves. Jordan assumed her grandma had already placed an order and suggested calling her—but Johnny insisted they could pick them quickly. As Jordan turned around mid-bouquet, she found Johnny on one knee. The woman helping them turned out to be a florist and photographer, capturing the entire moment. Afterward, they headed to Grandma Carrie’s for the “family photos,” which turned out to be a surprise engagement party filled with the family and friends they love most. Thanks to an incredible amount of planning—especially by Jordan’s sister—the secret was kept perfectly, even when Jordan unknowingly made it difficult. It was a day full of love, surprise, and unforgettable memories.
