The very first day we met at the gym, we said to each other, “It’s nice to see you again.” It seemed crazy that we thought we’d met me before! We couldn’t possibly know each other. Yet, it really did seem we had already met — somewhere, somehow. In passing at the grocery store? In a dream? Another life? Months of a gym friendship went by until one day we both finally got brave enough to tell each other we were crushing on each other. We both decided then that we couldn’t be together and it would never happen because of our age difference. But there was something telling us “We’re going to fall in love. He’s/She’s your one. He’s/She’s supposed to be in your life.” We were just too stubborn to follow what the universe was telling us. Lucky for us, we couldn’t get enough of each other and spent every day and night and every possible moment together and gave in to the forces at play that were pushing us together. The day came that the Pandemic was over and Jordan had to move back to New York for school. We did the long-distance for a year — FaceTime every day and night and never spent a night without the other on the other end of the phone. The tables turned and the world was pointing for Jordan to move back to Prescott, so she did and Jeremy asked her to marry him a few months later. We’ve been building and planning our life together ever since. Now the wedding is planned for June 12, 2024 and we couldn’t be more excited to officially become Mr. and Mrs. Fox!
