Where should I stay?

Answer

We are encouraging guests to stay at The Henderson Beach Resort & Spa. We have a block of rooms for a discounted rate. We suggest booking a room for your stay by September 27th, 2022 to ensure a room is available in the block. (This goes in the Group Code section, not Promo Code Section. If you wish to call in person to make reservations, have questions regarding the room types, or would like to adjust the existing reservation, please call the Reservations Team line at 855-741-2777 and mention the Torres-Taylor Wedding.

What is Black Tie Attire?

Answer

We want our guests to look and feel their best! Therefore, all guests are requested to wear black-tie attire. Ladies: Bring out your best full-length gown, tea-length formal dresses, and jewels! Gentleman: Please wear a black tuxedo. The accompaniments to follow should include shirt studs, cufflinks, and a bowtie. Cummerbund is optional. For active duty, reserve, and prior service military members, Mess Dress attire is comparable if desired.

How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP using the RSVP button above in the header section. Please RSVP for every guest listed on your wedding envelope.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and all guests listed on your envelope. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love kids… we really do! However, we want our guests to enjoy the black-tie event. Due to many factors including limited space, we respectfully request that you only bring guests that are included on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating at St. Rita’s Catholic Church will start at 2:30 pm CST for the ceremony to start promptly at 3:00 pm CST. Please arrive early to ensure parking and seating. You may park your car at the parking lot in front of the church entrance.

Is there transportation between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

We are providing transportation from The Henderson to St. Rita’s Catholic Church and back for only the bridal/groom’s immediate family & bridal party. There is parking located in front of the church at St. Rita’s Catholic Church. There is complimentary valet at The Henderson Resort.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know directly about all dietary requirements so that we may pass this information to our caterers.

Kindly respond online before September 21st, 2022. However, if you plan to utilize the room block at The Henderson, please RSVP and book by September 27th, 2022 to ensure a room will be available.
