Please enter through the main gate off 46000 Club Dr (not Manitou Dr) and proceed directly to the main clubhouse (over the bridge). Once on the property, follow signs or staff direction to the 18th Green for the ceremony.
Yes, there is a large dedicated parking lot located directly outside the clubhouse with complimentary self-parking available. Overnight parking is permitted; however, we kindly recommend arranging a designated driver or alternative transportation if you plan to drink.
Everything will be held at the Indian Wells Country Club. The ceremony will take place on the 18th Green, followed by a cocktail hour on the Veranda and the reception in the Bob & Dolores Hope Ballroom—all within close proximity.
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we are keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
While we love your kids, we are only able to include a small number of children from our family who are specifically named on the invitation. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!
Attire is Semi-Formal, with that said please take this opportunity to dress up for our special day. Preferably no jeans. The wedding party will be wearing a variety of soft autumn neutrals/earthy tones (champagne, taupe, English rose, bronze, sage green, moss green)
Yes, there is an open bar at the cocktail hour and reception, beer, wine, and well drinks.
