Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love kids and having them around, we ask that our wedding be kid-free. No one under the age of 18 please. Celebrate with us like there is no tomorrow! But there will be a few exceptions, since there are children are in the wedding! Please contact me (Jordan) if you have any questions at 262-327-8265 or (Jason) at 262-424-7507.

Alcohol on premises

Answer

There is a very strict policy on NO CARRY-INS. That being said, we ask you do not bring alcohol and leave it in your car. The venue should not have to police the parking lot as there will be a lot of people present for our day. This is a cash bar. We understand it can be expensive, but the venue has every right to kick anyone off the premises, for any reason.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask for you to dress formally. No jeans, slacks or khakis. But be as comfortable as possible; this is a party and we want you to "get down" with us on the dance floor. I kindly ask for no one, other than the wedding party and others part of our wedding, to not wear navy blue, burgundy or rose colored clothing. Everyone deserves to stand out in their own fashion, including our wedding party :)

Where can I book a hotel room?

Answer

Jason and I work at Bank Shot Sports Bar, right down the road from the Ballroom, and will have transportation to and from after 8 pm. Right behind Bank Shot, there is the Cobblestone Hotel and Suites, which is less than a half a block walking distance. Otherwise, there is the AmericInn and the Super 8. We have limited rooms blocked off, so it is first come, first served at the Cobblestone. Ask for the Gaffney/Urban wedding to see if any rooms are available. We do not have any other rooms blocked off in any of the other hotels.

Are there AirBnB's in the area?

Answer

Yes, but rates fluctuate. Keep an eye on prices if you are going in that direction.
