How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name and indicate your attendance.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by FRIDAY JULY 3, 2026 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. Kindly note this is a RSVP ONLY formal affair and if we do not receive your response by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "not attending." It is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame that was given to us. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Our hope is to have an intimate wedding, celebrating with our closest friends and family. Your RSVP card includes the number of seats that have formally been reserved for you. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

While we love your children, due to space constraints we can only accommodate the guests listed on your RSVP card. Please think of this as a date night/night off to enjoy a celebration of love. Thank you for making appropriate arrangements.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A block of rooms are reserved at Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury under the reservation name: Haygood-Powell Wedding. For complete details, click the Accommodations tab on our wedding website.

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding will be a formal affair and Black-tie attire is recommended.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in Mahopac, NY. On-site parking and professional valet services are available for our guest for a smooth arrival and departure.
