WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
We are excited to have a Black Tie wedding! We ask that women wear a floor-length formal dress or pant-suit and men wear a suit & tie or tux! Men, please avoid jeans, casual pants, sneakers, & sandals.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS & VIDEOS?
Answer
For our ceremony, we ask that no phones or electronic devices be out or used! We've chosen a photographer whose work we love so much, and want her photos to depict our guests in the moment! After the ceremony, you may snap away to your heart's desire. We can't wait to see what you capture at the cocktail hour and reception!

IS THERE A ROOM BLOCK?

Yes! We have secured room blocks at two hotels - Please see the Room Block section for all the details!

DO I HAVE TO STAY WITH THE ROOM BLOCK?
Answer
No! There are tons of hotels, inns, bed & breakfasts, Air BnB, and more in this area! You are welcome to book wherever you like, but we ask that you please note the distance to either the shuttle locations or the venue.

WHAT IF I CAN ONLY STAY OVER SATURDAY?
Answer
That is no problem! Unfortunately, you will not be able to utilize the room block, however, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Great Barrington does allow one-night stays. While you cannot book a one-night stay within the block, you can book a one-night stay at this hotel directly through their website, on a third-party booking site, or via phone. Other hotels & Air BnB may also allow one-night stays, feel free to shop around!

IS THERE A SHUTTLE?

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking up and dropping off guests from TWO hotels only - The Fairfield Inn & Suites Great Barrington Lenox/Berkshires & Holiday Inn Express & Suites Great Barrington - Lenox Area 4:00PM Shuttle 1 Departs from the Holiday Inn 4:10PM Shuttle 1 Departs from the Fairfield Inn 4:15PM Shuttle 2 Departs from the Holiday Inn 4:25PM Shuttle 2 Departs from the Fairfield Inn Even if you are not staying at either of these two hotels you may still meet the shuttle here. IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Yes! If you are not staying the night or do not want to take the shuttle, there are two lots at the venue. There is one smaller lot just a few feet from the main venue with about 12 spaces and 3 handicapped spaces and there is a larger upper lot - If you park in the upper lot the shuttle will pick you up to take you down to the venue entrance.

We are so excited to celebrate this special day with the people closest to us. Due to strict capacity limits for our venue, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

While we absolutely adore your little ones, due to capacity limits, we have decided on an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding!
