Hotel
This is where we will host the Welcome Party and we will also be offering shuttle service from hotel to venue on May 17th. We have reserved the room block for Friday May 16th and Saturday May 17th, with additional room block rate days being available two days before the wedding and two days after. Two night stay minimum is required to receive the specialty rate.

We will not be offering a room block at this hotel but, it is in a convenient location right across from the Hyatt.
Shuttle
May 17, 2025 3:00 pm - 12:00 am
Please be ready by 3pm in front of the Hyatt for the shuttles to the venue. There will be two shuttles with plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Shuttles will be available starting at 9pm to take guests home, with the last shuttle leaving at midnight. *If you are planning to Uber there, please be aware that it might be difficult to get one from the venue as the location is remote.
