Our ceremony and reception will both be on campus. We will be more than happy to share your company at the ceremony; however, please do not feel obligated to attend. The ceremony will be in a small chapel and we know Catholic ceremonies can be more lengthy than preferred. We are totally fine with guests arriving at cocktail hour to begin festivities! (Seating at the Chapel will be first come, first serve--If pews fill up please meet us at the Manor for cocktail hour!)
Your invite will state if we have alloted a Plus-One for you. If you are unsure or do not see this clearly on your invite, please reach out to the Bride and Groom and we will gladly clarify or re-evaluate.
We love kiddos! However, we will be limiting children to close family. If applicable, your invite should include your children. That being said, the Bride and Groom have very large familes with MANY children, if we innocently forgot a child, please reach out and let us know so that we can get them added:)
We would like our guests enjoy a night of playing dress-up with us:) We have a suggested Formal/Black-Tie attire to match our theme. Note- We do not want you to stress or be uncomfortable! Any attire is accepted and no one will be refused; although we do encourage participation to the best of your ability.
There will be plenty of parking available at German Club Manor. We encourage car pool between the Manor and Chapel as parking around the Drill Field can pose decent hike depending on availability. Please avoid Service Spaces near Chapel. We will also have limited cars available to help shuttle guests across campus if needed and potential use of BT Buses.
