We first met (whether or not Hunt remembers it) at West End in the fall of 2017. Haley had introduced us one Sunday knowing that we were both freshmen at Belmont. We ran back into each other when we were both working at the gym on campus. After a very long spring and summer of flirting and saying, "it's complicated", we finally went on our first official date in October of 2018!

Jordan thought we were going to a nice dinner, to her surprise we spent the evening going on a tour of our story in Nashville. At each stop in our tour, there was also someone who has played an important role in our relationship. The first stop was Belmont University where we first met and fell for each other, specifically in front of Potter Hall where we had our first kiss. The second to 51st Deli, our favorite date spot, we would often get dinner and play several rounds of bananagrams. The third spot, West End Community Church, where we have grown spiritually and had great people there to guide us through the highs and lows. And finally, we arrived at Steeplechase, where we had one of our best dates and now where we got engaged! The evening was full of surprises, promises, and lots of tears.
