Union Station is one of the icons of Kansas City. Even if you're not catching a train, it's art deco architecture and history is amazing to see. Inside you can find shops, restaurants, exhibits, a planetarium, the biggest movie theater screen in the city, and Science City! While you're there, you can walk on the Link above the street over to Crown Center, which is also full of fun shops to explore, as well as the Sea Life Aquarium and Legoland. You can also catch the street car here and visit anywhere from the City Market to The Plaza!

Featuring permanent and changing exhibits, this is the perfect spot if you're in the mood to learn some history. Sitting above the museum is the Liberty Memorial Tower, and that spot features one of the best lookout views of Kansas City you can find!
The Country Club Plaza is one of most well-known areas of Kansas City. Established in 1922, the design was inspired by the grand plazas of Spain, and is a beautiful area to visit! Featuring a variety of shops and restaurants, it's a favorite place of locals and tourists alike.
The Nelson-Atkins is a beautiful art museum located right next to The Plaza. It has free entry, and features paintings, sculptures, architecture, ancient artifacts, and even a real mummy! The grounds themselves are a relaxing place to enjoy nature and art together.
