To ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities, we are exploring transportation options to and from the venue. Considering the higher-than-expected transportation quotes for our 120 guests, we're exploring options to ensure everyone can comfortably reach the venue. To mitigate any inconvenience, we are considering offering a shuttle coach service to the venue for a nominal fee of £10 per person. This would provide a convenient and affordable option for those who prefer not to coordinate alternative transportation. We understand navigating public transportation or finding taxis, can be challenging, so to eliminate concerns and allow everyone to relax and enjoy the event we will be providing a dedicated shuttle back to La Rambla. The shuttle schedule and pick-up location will be clearly communicated beforehand. Please let us know if you wish to use the shuttle service to the venue by 30th of September 2025.
To ensure a cohesive and elegant atmosphere, we are requesting that all guests adhere to a black-tie dress code. We kindly ask that you embrace the sophistication of black-tie attire, and further, that your ensemble is exclusively in the colour black. We know some of you might be thinking about the July heat, but please don't worry! We're planning ahead to make sure everyone stays comfortable. There will be plenty of shade provided throughout the venue, allowing you to relax and enjoy the day without baking in the sun. Plus, the ceremony itself won't begin until after 4pm, when the temperature starts to cool down a bit. We want you to be able to celebrate with us comfortably! For those who need it clearly, please wear the colour BLACK only :)
To ensure a smooth start to our celebration, we kindly request that guests arrive promptly at 4:00 PM. As you arrive and settle in, please enjoy the selection of beverages we'll have available.
We adore your children, and the decision wasn't easy, especially as we envisioned sharing our special day with our godchildren and other favourite little ones. However, to manage costs and, frankly, to allow everyone (including yourselves!) to truly let loose and enjoy the celebration to the fullest - maybe even sporting a well-deserved hangover the next day - we've opted for a kid-free wedding. We hope you understand and can appreciate this opportunity for a child free holiday!
To ensure we can share this special day with those closest to us, we've carefully curated a guest list of individuals who hold a special place in our hearts and have been integral to our journey as a couple. As such, we are unable to accommodate additional plus-ones beyond those specifically named on the invitation. The names of all invited guests are clearly listed on your invitation, and we appreciate your understanding that, due to space limitations and our desire to share this intimate occasion with our nearest and dearest, we cannot make exceptions.
Our afternoon ceremony will be held outdoors amidst the beautiful scenery surrounding, and the cocktail and reception hour will follow in the garden as well. This is of course weather permitting.
We understand that everyone has different dietary requirements and preferences. Whether you have allergies, follow a specific diet like vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free, or have other nutritional needs, we want to ensure you enjoy our day. Don't worry; we will be requesting information about any dietary requirements you may have prior.
To help us fully embrace every moment and create a truly intimate atmosphere, we're kindly requesting an "unplugged" wedding. We ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We promise to share the professional photos and videos soon after the wedding so you can relive the day with us.
