Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The daily temperature ranges from a warm 72°F (22.2°C) to 78°F (25.6°C), and there are seldom any cold nights. Expect mid-March onwards to be fantastic weather.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Armature Works in Tampa.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both events will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests will gather right outside the ceremony hall where we will be serving appetizers and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Given the COVID pandemic, we completely understand if you cannot make it but we respectfully ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan appropriately and make the necessary announcements to our vendors.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Parking will be available at the venue. Announce that you are part of the wedding to make sure you are not charged. If you are staying at either hotel there will be a shuttle available however space and timing is limited. The venue is a short 5 minute drive/Uber. Both hotels are walking distance to the venue - in comfortable shoes!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are asking for everyone to show up a few minutes before 3pm to assure the ceremony begins promptly at 3.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. Announce that you are part of the wedding party to get free parking.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay onto due to venue limitations. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What about Covid-19?

Answer

In light of the times we understand that many guests may not feel comfortable attending a large indoor gathering. For those that do attend, hand sanitizing stations and masks will be available throughout the venue. All staff is also required to wear a mask. Guests will not be required to wear masks but are welcome to wear them.
