It all began at Gonzaga University. The year, 2017. The place, "Philosophy of Time". A couple weeks into senior year and we were inseparable. We bring out the best in each other, encouraging each other to get out of our comfort zone and be the best people we can be. Shortly after graduation, we moved to Portland, where we lived in three different apartments over the course of three years. After over a year of quarantine, we decided to take a trip out of the country to Iceland. We drove the Ring Road in a small camper van, and Ethan proposed in the town of Siglufjörður. Upon returning home, we decided we both wanted a career shift and city shift. We decided it was the perfect time in our lives to do something crazy and mix things up... Enter Roxanne- a gorgeous red ambulance with hood for days. We subsequently quit our jobs, moved out of our apartment and started a cross country trip, hitting all four corners of the continental US and the Baja Peninsula. We explored over 30 national parks, 37 states, and made memories that will last a lifetime. From hiking to the bottom of the grand canyon, camping on beaches in Mexico, swimming with manatees, and sleeping in sub-zero weather, it was truly an experience that brought us together. Now, we are living in the Seattle area while Ethan works on his Master's at UW. Jordan recently accepted a new job. We know we are a relationship that will succeed after making it through quarantine, family emergencies, and living in a 30 sq-ft van together with no bathroom! We still have a couple US states that we missed during our trip and countless countries yet to explore, and there is no one else we'd rather see them with than each other!
