We welcome you to arrive between 3-4 on Saturday and the ceremony will be at 4:30
We hope to see some fun outfits but more importantly want everyone to be comfortable. For women, please do not wear high/skinny heels as the venue is grass/dirt/gravel except for the dance floor. For men - ties are optional! No need for a full suit unless you are excited to wear one. Friday is more casual than Saturday. Most importantly: Please bring a comfortable jacket/warm sweater/outerwear for when it gets colder in the evening. The afternoon will be sunny and 70’s but it is late September and it will get cold after dark.
Dreamland is all outdoors and was a summer camp many years ago! We will have a large tent but please bring a jacket or additional layers to make sure you are comfortable in the evening. It will probably be in the low 70's during the day but will be cold at night.
Hotel Shuttle (Saturday): Pickup: will be from the 3 Kingston hotels leaving at 2:30pm. The stops will be Hampton Inn (2:30) - Marriott (2:40) - Residence Inn (2:45). Please be waiting outside the hotels at 2:25 to be safe. There is only one pickup so please be on time if you plan to use this transportation! The bus should arrive at the venue by 3:15. Drop Off: 8pm will be the first departure back to hotels if needed. The bus will leave approximately every hour. When you are ready to take the bus back, please wait by the bus/valet area and let the driver know which hotel you are going to. If no one is there for a scheduled departure, the bus will wait until the next hour that guests show up to leave. Departure times: 8pm * 9pm * 10pm * 11pm * 12am * 1am (LAST BUS) AirBnb Transportation (Saturday): There will be a car service (11 passenger van) that will be available to take people back to AirBnbs within a 15 minute distance from the venue. This car service will be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. If the driver is not there when you would like a ride, please wait by the valet until he returns.
