Please RSVP by no later than September 1st using the tab on our Zola site. This is so that we can provide our venue an accurate guest count, as well as a list of allergies and restrictions. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate responses sent after September 1st.
We're hoping to keep our special day as small and intimate as possible, so unless your invitation specifies a plus one (your invitation will read "and guest"), we ask that you not bring a date.
We understand that if you're traveling, arranging for childcare to go out of town may present difficulties. If you are bringing your kiddos to the ceremony or reception, please make sure to RSVP for them the same as you would for you (and your plus one, if applicable). If you're interested in having a kid-free evening, we have arranged for on-site childcare at the Kenyon Inn with a Care.com certified childcare professional.
The ceremony will start at 3:30pm, so we recommend getting to the Quarry Chapel at 3:00.
Overall, we want our guests to be comfortable, but we hope you'll take the opportunity to dress up! Semi-formal or cocktail attire is preferred. In regards to shoes, you may want to take into account that the Quarry Chapel has a lawn and a gravel parking lot, and the reception will be held on the lawn of the Kenyon Inn.
The Quarry Chapel has a small gravel parking lot, and some cars can be parked on the grass. However, we recommend parking at or around the Kenyon Inn (where the reception will be held) and car-pooling to the Chapel for the ceremony. There is also a brand new underground parking garage off of W. Wiggin Street, on College Drive, which isn't subject to the same two-hour maximums that some of the street parking is.
Nope! Cards and gifts can be addressed to Jordan Rucci and Dirk Hamel, or just Dirk and Jordan.
