31 years ago , we were in kindergarten and lived 100 feet apart. Since then we have endured some major milestones together ; rolling school bags, broken ankles , cheating on tests, proms , weddings , death, tattoos, heartache, my kids, and going from 100 feet to 68 miles apart. But- no matter what , at any given time- we have always been a second away from each other ( thanks to technology)! I love you so much and I am beyond honored to witness and stand by your side when you marry the person that makes you the most happy ! - BUT! at the end of the day …. “ Our stories … will never end.”

Josh met Jordan while commiserating about work over lunch break beers at a suspect Applebees behind a mall across the street from a landfill. Much later they returned to commiserating about work while attempting to navigate a complex web of lies and subterfuge as consultants in Texas. After the death of their good friend Skinny Goldberg, Jordan and Josh returned to their respective homes in Staten Island and Nashville where Josh assumed he was finally free of Jordan’s insufferable diatribes on movies and beer. This was not to be the case, as in time Jordan came to realize that Nashville was better than Staten Island, both visiting and falling in love with the city and social scene Josh had hoped would be his refuge. Josh then escaped to St. Paul Minnesota with his lovely wife Emily in hopes for a clean break, though Jordan managed to establish a great friendship with Emily and further solidify his presence as permanent fixture in Josh’s life. Acquiescing to the inevitable, Josh has succumbed to the great amount of love and respect that has grown between himself and Jordan (despite his best efforts) and proudly serves as best man in an attempt to ship him off as Des’ responsibility. They are pretty good friends, though.

My name is Jillien and I am excited to welcome Desiree into our family as my new sister-in-law! Ever since I was young, I always wanted a younger sister, but Jordan always refused to wear a dress. Haha. I believe Desiree will fill that role (and dress) much better! I remember the first time I met Desiree when she and my brother came over for a barbecue and pool day. From the moment we met, I knew we would get along wonderfully. Desiree is always so sweet and thoughtful, sending a text or calling to check in. I look forward to a future of making new memories together!

You’ve dealt with an immense number of obstacles but have always powered through with so much grace and I am so proud and so blessed to be your baby brother. I come back from my honey moon and notice this spiked hair high school kid in the office. He told me he was interning and played on his high school lacrosse team so obviously that led to a 15 + year friendship and being one of my closest friends. Over his different journeys in Dallas and back to NYC Jordan always stayed in touch and my life has always been better with Jordan in it. We do the podcast together but more importantly we’re there for each other through think and thin.

More than anything I discovered what a truly thoughtful and caring human Jordan is, and made him an offer he couldn't refuse; being the godfather to my second kid!

As this gentleman could not see most of my face we chatted and started to get to know each other. As he was surveying the room he noticed Jurassic Park, Peter Jackson’s King Kong, and Pacific Rim were all playing at once. He pivoted in excitement and aw. It was at that moment a beautiful friendship of nerds was born.

My friendship with Jordan (aka big Sexi) while not very long in years, it certainly feels like I’ve known him my entire life. I was introduced to Jordan by my friend / neighbor Pete and I knew he was a great dude right off the bat. I immediately recognized that we shared a lot of similar interests like our mutual affinity for the New York Knicks, Frank Sinatra, and 4 inch inseam shorts, but I appreciated how we could challenge one another on various sports or topics of life. He has taught me everything I know about the consumption of IPA’s and he is quick to mock me if he sees me drinking a Michelob ultra light. From double dates with the ladies, to a round of golf, enjoying pizza and beers watching the Giants, or watching him slow cook a brisket to perfection… Jordan is a great friend and someone that would take the shirt off his back for me if I needed it. Always there for anyone in need, (and I needed a place), Des welcomed me into hers, despite my crazy tendencies! As roomies, we partied in our enviable room, (which she won like a badass), sharing countless memories. Despite time/distance, we're forever picking up right where we left off. The name "Jordan" is synonymous with greatness... often, referred as the unquestioned greatest of all time in their field of expertise. The name "J Daly" is known for long driving in golf, mullet, chain-smoking, alcohol, and a gambling addiction--overall, a real cool cat. "Jordan Dailey" is none of those above. He's definitely questioned as being great and may be kind of average. Not great at golf, not even sub-par at golf, but often sub-double bogey. He's definitely a passionate man... a man who wears his heart on his sleeve—much like when he was a boy scout wearing his girl scout patches growing up. He walks with a limp not because he has a gangster swag, but due to his hip prosthesis. There's one thing I do know though... if he ever gets lost in any terrain, climate, time of day—against all odds, he will always find a way back home... because he's Jordan Dailey— a simple man but a truly devout friend... a man that seemingly will get through any obstacle... a man that will be there for you when you do or don't need him (the latter moreso)... best of luck to you Des. He's yours to keep and I believe only with the help of you, the combination of "Des and Jordan" will far outshine the monikers of "Jordan" or "J Daly" any day of the week.

When I met Desiree years ago I instantly connected with her not only cause we were 2 girls living in Staten Island from the Bronx, but also because she was genuinely one of the most down to the earth girls I’ve come across in a long time. I know I could always count on her. Des will literally drop anything to help anyone & put her friends needs before her own. It’s rare to find that in people these days. It’s also rare to find someone who will spend a ridiculous amount of money on floor seats for Coldplay LOL there’s so many memories and endless laughs, I would be here all day. I’m beyond grateful that I was there to witness the “Super Bowl miracle” better known as her engagement to Jordan! I was there when they met & now I’ll be there when they come together as one forever. I’m so happy she found her happily ever after because no one deserves it more.

It's strange that fake football can create real friends, but that's exactly what happened with Jordan and Cal. Introduced through Josh Toro's "Biscuits and Gravy" Fantasy Football League circa 2015, Jordan and Cal quickly hit it off. Cal, who also works in the fantasy sports industry, later won a weekend trip to New York to play in a DraftKings tournament and invited Jordan to come hang out for the opening night event. It turns out Jordan never went back to Staten Island that weekend (and never washed his feet). That was the first of many adventures in New York and Nashville, highlighted by Cal attending one of Jordan's semi famous annual BBQs on the roof of his Staten Island apartment. Cal's excited that Jordan has found the perfect match in Desiree and is honored to be in the groomsman clan.
