Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

February 1, 2019. Either on this website under rsvp ( in which case you will automatically be counted and wont need or receive the formal invite) or you can wait for the formal invite and send response card. If you do not or have not RSVP'D by the date, please don't assume that you have a seat. We will count you as declining and extend the invitation to someone else. Please contact one of us if you missed the deadline.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

A half hour early ( Please keep in mind that the wedding is on a Friday afternoon and you will run into work traffic.) So give yourself extra traveling time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Semi formal (No sneakers, shorts, sweats, etc.)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited spaces, only the names on the invitation presence is requested.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but this is an adult event. Unless absolutely necessary ( in which case please talk to the bride or groom), only kids in the wedding party allowed ex: flower girls, ushers, ring bearer, etc.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. Please look under the travel section of the website. Rooms are on hold under The Stewart Wedding. Guest are responsible for their own charges.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let the Bride or Groom know ahead of time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There are two free parking lots.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not. But if you need a lift please let us know ahead of time in which case we can make arrangements for you.

Is There an open or cash bar?

Open Bar (Can bring cash for tipping)
