When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1, 2025 by texting Dan at 315-744-2569 or Jordan at 315-807-9001. Requires US Passport and hotel room booked.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is dressy casual. We ask that you wear a specific color scheme of blues, greens, and tans. Please see gallery for color palettes inspo. Ceremony will be in sand and reception in grass so please be mindful with your shoes.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Wedding is on resort property. Resort does offer transportation to and from airport.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:15 pm.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Gifts are not required. Your presence is our present 🩵 Those who cannot make it and would like to send something, we are registered on Amazon.

How do I pay my deposit for the room?

Answer

Our travel agent Jaime Bouck can help you with booking your room and all payments. Using her services will not be an extra charge. Take a look at the resort website and pick out which room you’d like. The first deposit is about $100. If you do not prefer to use our travel agent, you are welcome to find your own or book directly through the resort.

When should I get my passport?

Answer

We recommend as soon as possible. Passports can take about 6-8 weeks.

What dates should I book?

Answer

We will be there 10/15/25-10/22/25 with wedding date of 10/18/25. You are welcome to stay the whole week or just a couple days! We just ask you are there by 10/17/25.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
