Of course, kids will be included in your invitation when you RSVP. Some songs after dinner during the reception might be explicit, but we won’t go too crazy.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Attire, semi formal This is an outdoor summer wedding, so please wear sundresses, floral prints, bright or lighter hues, etc. The wedding is entirely outdoors, so please dress comfortably and double check the weather when you pack. Crested Butte is in the mountains, and weather typically averages 50 (low)- 80 (high) degrees Fahrenheit in June. The ceremony will be outside in the garden where flagstone might be uneven. Please plan footwear accordingly. Please don’t feel like you have to wear a suit, a short sleeve button up or collared shirt is perfect! Same with khaki or dress shorts. Please avoid wearing athletic/workout clothes, and denim. Please avoid wearing colors traditional reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, and creams.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at one o’clock, but we recommend arriving around 15-20 minutes early to make sure you are seated.

Question

Does Crested Butte have Ubers/Lyfts?

Answer

Crested Butte is a ski town, so Ubers/Lyfts are limited if any. 3 options: 1. Crested Butte has a FREE town shuttle that runs every 20 minutes between Crested Butte and Mt. Crested a butte from 7:35am to midnight. If you have any questions, or for ADA transportation, please contact Mountain Express at (970) 349-5616 or view their website (www.mtnexp.org). Coleman & Jordan love riding the shuttle between town and the mountain, and they highly recommend this mode of transportation while in Crested Butte! 2. If you need a ride after midnight, then please call the late night shuttle (970) 209-0509. This shuttle is equivalent to crested butte’s Uber. It runs 7 days a week, from 10pm-3am. The flat fee is $10 per person. They accept cash, credit card, and Venmo. 3. FirstTracks will pick you up at your front door, and transport you anywhere in the North Mt. Crested Butte service area, including Mountaineer Square. The service will run from 7:15AM to 12:15 AM and connect you to our Town Shuttle, the amenities of the CBMR base area or the Gunnison Valley RTA. Download the app on Google Play or in the Apple App Store to schedule your ride today. We love you, please get home safely!

Question

Why are you having the wedding on Father’s Day?

Answer

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing men in our lives, and thank you for being a part of our special day this year! We loved the venue in Crested Butte, and we didn’t want to wait to get married until 2026. It was the last weekend-date the venue had available in 2025. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!
