Do I need my COVID vaccine card?

Answer

Our ceremony requires guests to wear masks and sign a form attesting that they are fully vaccinated. You do not need your physical vaccine card for the ceremony. If you want to eat at a restaurant/visit museums in NYC, then you will need your physical vaccine card.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide shuttles to transport guests between the hotel and the ceremony! The shuttle will leave from the hotel entrance at 2:25 pm to go to the ceremony. There will be two shuttles (3:45 pm and 4:40pm) leaving from Washington Road going back to the hotel after the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal attire. We recommend floor length dresses for women and suits for men.
