This place is absolutely beautiful - there are excellent hikes or short walks on the beach. Regardless of what you're up for, it's worth a visit!
Island Adventures La Conner
We've gone out with this company twice and have both times seen whales - both trips were an absolute blast. Absolutely worth checking out!
Picture Lake
If you're looking for a scenic drive with plenty of hikes or short walks, Mt. Baker is the perfect place. Picture Lake itself is only a 1 mile walk around a lake with an unbeatable view of Mt. Shuksan across the way. If you have the time and want to get into the mountains, you'll have to head this way.
Bellingham Farmers Market
We love visiting Bellingham, and they've got a nice Farmers Market every Saturday. In the warmer months it's always fun to take an easy stroll through downtown Bellingham - if you're interested, they've got a lot of nice little food and drink places nearby too!
