We met on interview day for PT school. We didn't think much of it at first, but then kept running into each other at Purdue and realized we both got accepted into IU's PT program. I remember telling Jordan, "maybe we'll be best friends someday". A few days later he asked me on a date, a few weeks later we were talking about our future together, and a few years later here we are.

Our friends were having a Halloween party that night, so Anna, Emily, & I were out shopping for costumes. We had some time to kill and the guys were out "golfing" so we went to Fort Ben state park to walk around & enjoy the changing leaves. We came to this beautiful spot in front of the lake when JORDAN starts walking down the path towards me. Naturally, I start crying happy tears because he's all dressed up and cute and has a little ring box. So he said some sweet things and proposed and it was wonderful and I said yes yes 1000 times yes. SO THEN... the Halloween party. Jordan and I had already pre-planned to dress up as EACH OTHER for Halloween. So we did. He wore a wig and his mom's romper and a ring pop and I drew on facial hair and stuffed my shirt to enhance my muscles (check the photos section of this website for proof). So yeah, we cross dressed on the night of our engagement and spent it with some of our closest friends. It was perfect and I wouldn't have it any other way.
