What is the venue address?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at The Willow Wedding & Event Venue. Located at: 31241 N 159th Ave Surprise, AZ 85387 Note: As you're coming north down 163rd nearing the venue, you will cross over the canal and shortly after you will see the venue’s flags on the right where you can turn into the private road! You'll follow that down to the venue parking lot. *If you're following Google Maps, it will tell you to continue down 163rd and turn on 159th, but this road is much bumpier, so keep an eye out for the venue’s flags.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We’ll begin with a formal ceremony on the Willow Garden—please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time to park and get seated before we walk down the aisle. Afterward, enjoy a vibey cocktail hour with refreshments and light bites, followed by the reception dinner...then RAGE the night away on the dance floor!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, gowns or dressy separates for women; tuxes, suits or dress pants with a collared shirt for men. Kindly refrain from wearing white, olive green, terracotta, or dusty rose—those shades are reserved for the wedding party. Please note majority of the event will take place outdoors in desert landscape. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful and cohesive celebration!

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

🚗 Parking is limited to 50 cars, so we kindly ask guests to carpool or use a rideshare when possible. Please note if you leave your car parked overnight it MUST be picked up no later than 9AM on 4/5/26, or the venue will charge a fee to be paid by the guest. Directions Note: Turning Right onto 163rd from Grand Avenue, you will continue 5 miles North. After crossing over the canal, you will see a Willow Sign and Flags where you can turn right onto The Willow’s Private Access Road. Continue down the road and follow the signs to the parking lot. Please note if you continue up to 163rd to 159th Ave/White Wing Road, you have missed the Access Road for the Willow.

Can I take photos at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be UNPLUGGED. Please turn off your phones and keep them out of sight so everyone can be fully present with us during this special moment. We promise to share plenty of beautiful professional photos and videos captured by our talented photographer and videographer afterward!

Answer

Following the unplugged ceremony, we invite guests to capture the moment from their point of view! We’d love to see all your photos on social media—please use our hashtag: #ArredondoAfterAll

Answer

Absolutely! Please note all dietary restrictions on the RSVP page. If you have any additional comments or concerns, please email thearredondos2026@gmail.com

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely!! We’ll have an open bar for our guests to enjoy responsibly. If you’d like, please consider bringing some cash to tip the bartenders for their hard-work and don’t forget your photo ID. Last call will be at 9:15PM, we encourage carpooling or using a rideshare to get home safely. Cheers! 🥂

Will there be a smoking area?

Answer

Smoking is permitted ONLY in designated areas specified by the venue. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes, cigarettes and marijuana. Should you be found smoking outside of designated areas, the venue will charge a fee to be paid at the responsibility of the guest.

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you’d like to contribute a little something, we’ve put together a list of items we’d love as newlyweds (see "REGISTRY" tab on website for links). When should I RSVP by?

Thank you so much to everyone who has responded. Our RSVP deadline has passed and we have now finalized our guest count with our venue. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any additional RSVPs. We truly appreciate your understanding and love.
