How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP to the wedding as soon as possible by mailing back the reply card included with your invitation. For additional wedding weekend events, let us know you are coming via the RSVP page on our website.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re thrilled to celebrate with each guest! Invitations are kindly limited to those named so we can ensure a special experience for everyone.

Are children invited?

Answer

We’re keeping the celebration intimate and are only inviting children who are part of our immediate family. If a child is invited, you’ll see their name on the invitation.

Kindly leave your furry friends at home for all of the wedding events.

How do I get to Los Gatos?

Answer

Guests can fly into either San Jose (SJC) or San Francisco (SFO) airports. If you’re driving from Los Angeles, it’s approximately a 5.5-hour drive.

Where can out-of-town guests stay?

Answer

We have room blocks at the Hotel Los Gatos or the Toll House Hotel. Full details for these hotels, as well as other local recommendations, can be found on the Travel page of our website. We recommend booking soon, as rooms tend to fill quickly and Airbnb options in Los Gatos are limited.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’re celebrating all weekend long. We have events from Friday through Sunday, and we’d absolutely love for you to join us for as much as you can. Please be sure to RSVP for any additional events you plan to attend on the RSVP page of our website so we can plan accordingly.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We request formal attire at the wedding, black-tie optional. The venue is both elegant and outdoorsy, so we recommend bringing a layer for the evening chill and wearing shoes comfortable enough to stroll the grounds. Each event over the weekend has its own theme, which you can find on the Dress Code page.

Is transportation provided between venues?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided day of the wedding only, picking up at the hotel room blocks. Full shuttle details can be found on the Travel page. The hike is the only other event that is not walking distance from the hotel room blocks; we encourage carpooling and/or ride shares to get to the trailhead.

What if I prefer to drive myself?

Answer

If you prefer to drive yourself to the wedding venue, parking is available at Nestldown. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight if necessary (too much fun at the reception).

What happens if I miss the shuttle?

Answer

Shuttles will pick up guests from the front of Hotel Los Gatos and Toll House Hotel between 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM to transport you to Nestldown. If you miss the shuttles, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. Shuttles will be able to return guests from Nestldown to the after-party, with stops at both hotel room blocks.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 2:45pm, and we’d love for you to be settled in with us when it starts so please arrive at Nestldown at 2:30pm. Taking the shuttle? Please arrive at the meetup spot by 1:45 PM. Driving? Just give yourself a little extra time to arrive and be seated before we walk down the aisle. Please note that late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the Redwood Chapel once the ceremony has begun.

Can I take photos or use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request no cellphone use in the ceremony space. No one will need to take photos; we have professional photographers capturing everything, and we want you fully present with us. Phones are welcome again once you’ve exited the Redwood Chapel.

Is there a Vegan or Gluten-Free option for dining?

Please note any dietary restrictions, including allergies, on your reply card and they will be accommodated.

Is the wedding accessible for mobility impaired?

Answer

The venue is quite large, and for guests needing mobility assistance, please reach out to us so we can coordinate transport around the grounds.

Where can I light a celebratory cigar?

Answer

There is a clearly marked designated smoking area at Nestldown. This is the only place people can smoke or vape anything at the wedding venue.
