It was 2017 when Jordan and Brad's love story first began. Like many other busy-working singles, they both took to the new norm and their paths first crossed online. "Her pretty blue eyes," is what first captured Brad's attention. Along with her genuine and in-depth profile description, which inspired him to reach out. Bouts of cheeky banter and thoughtful discussions eventually led these two to meet for dinner on Valentine's day 2017. Their first date, filled with meaningful conversation and laughs, ushered them to develop and establish their newfound romance. Three and a half years of weekend country drives, summertime walks, beach town visits, and cross-country traveling, accompanied with long winter nights of Uno card battles, and discovering new restaurants (Pre-COVID!) all led up to September 20, 2020.

It started as an ordinary afternoon; a drive along the shores of Lake Michigan and dinner at one of their favorite local restaurants for Jamaican Jerk chicken. This was followed by an evening walk along a Lake Michigan pier and lighthouse. As the colors in the sky turned from blue, to purple- pink, and orange, the sunset approached. Brad knelt down on his knee to propose. "He surprises me everyday with new things that I love about him," Jordan recalls. Now, after four years, neither one once dreamed that an impromptu first date would've spun their lives into perfect motion filled with genuine happiness and meaning. We are greatly looking forward to starting this new chapter in our lives together and sharing in the celebrations with our favorite people!
